This site has one place where you can hand us personal information: the contact form. This page explains exactly what that form collects, where it goes, and what you can ask us to do about it. It describes the system as it actually runs, not a template of what a site like this usually does.
Draft — not yet reviewed by counsel. The entity details below are taken from the Florida Division of Corporations record, verified 2026-08-27, and match the party named on book.marsmusic.pro.
Who is responsible
MARS Music Services (“MARS”, “we”) decides what is collected through this site and why, which makes us the data controller for it.
This site is operated by Hextech Logistic, LLC, trading as MARS Music Services, 1800 Coral Way #450053, Miami, FL 33245, United States. Hextech Logistic, LLC is the controller and the party you contract with.

What the contact form collects, and why
Nothing here is collected passively. Every row below is either something you typed into the form or something your browser sent along with the submission.
| Information | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Name and email | To know who you are and to reply to you | Steps taken at your request before any agreement |
| Your message | To understand what you are asking for. Please do not put sensitive information in it | Steps taken at your request before any agreement |
| Consent record: the time, the wording you were shown, and a one-way hash of your IP address | To evidence that you asked to be contacted. The IP is hashed on arrival and is never stored in a readable form | Legal obligation |
| Language (EN or ES) | To reply in the language you were reading | Steps taken at your request before any agreement |
| Browser user-agent string | Abuse and spam prevention | Legitimate interest |
How you reached us: the page you submitted from, the referring site, and any utm_ tags in the link |
To know which channels bring real enquiries | Legitimate interest |
The form also contains a hidden decoy field. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded and nothing is stored. It exists to stop bots, and a human using the site normally will never see or complete it.
What happens after you submit
The form posts to ORBEAT, the platform MARS built and runs for its own companies. Your submission creates a contact record and an internal notification, and triggers one automatic reply from hello@marsmusic.pro containing a link to book a call. After that, any further contact is a person writing to you.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a contact-form submission. The consent you give on the form is consent to be contacted about your enquiry, and that is all it is used for.
Who else sees it
These are the providers the form path actually touches. Each one is bound by a contract to process the data only on our instructions.
| Provider | What they handle | Where |
|---|---|---|
| ORBEAT | The MARS-operated platform that receives the form and holds the contact record | United States |
| Supabase | The database underneath ORBEAT | United States |
| Netlify | Hosting for this site and for ORBEAT | United States |
| Resend | Delivery of the automatic reply | United States |
| Microsoft 365 | The mailbox where your message and any reply of yours land | United States |
| Serves the web fonts this site uses. Loading a page sends Google your IP address. Google sets no cookie for this and receives nothing you typed | United States and worldwide |
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers of any kind. If that changes, this page and the cookie policy change with it, and the new categories are put to you before anything runs.
How long it is kept
Your enquiry and the contact record built from it are kept while there is a live conversation and afterwards for as long as we may reasonably need them for the relationship or to defend a claim. The consent record is kept for as long as we hold the contact, because it is the evidence for why we hold it.
Ask us to delete your record and we will, unless a legal duty requires us to keep a specific part of it — in which case we will tell you which part and why.
A definite retention schedule in months is being set with counsel and will be published here. We would rather say that than print a number we do not yet apply.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. We will not treat you worse for asking.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland
The GDPR and the UK GDPR give you the rights below. We apply them to everyone who writes to us, wherever they are, rather than running two standards and offering the weaker one to our LATAM clients.
Your rights in full
- Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correction of anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure — deletion, where no legal duty requires us to keep it.
- Restriction — a pause on our use of it while a dispute is resolved.
- Portability — the data you gave us, in a machine-readable file.
- Objection — to any use we base on legitimate interest, including how we record the way you reached the site.
- Withdrawal — consent can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
- Complaint — to your national supervisory authority, at any point, whether or not you have raised it with us first.
Write to hello@marsmusic.pro. We answer within one month, and tell you if we need longer and why.
Transfers to the United States
MARS and every provider listed above operate in the United States, so a message you send is processed there. Transfers rest on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses in our agreements with those providers, together with the technical measures described here — the site is served over HTTPS throughout, and your IP address is hashed before it is stored.
Automated decisions
There are none. Nothing on this site profiles you or decides anything about you automatically. A person reads your message and a person decides what to do next. The single automatic step is the reply email confirming we received it.
Children
This site is aimed at working artists, managers and label operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
Cookies
What is stored on your device is covered separately, in the cookie policy. The short version is that this site sets no cookies until you answer the banner.
