The short version
Until you answer the cookie banner, this site sets no cookies at all. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on any page. The only thing stored on your device before you choose anything is a note of which language you picked, and that never leaves your browser.
The banner exists because MARS runs the same consent machinery across all of its properties, and because the moment analytics is added it has to be gated by a choice you already made rather than switched on behind you. Right now there is nothing optional to turn on, and the table below says so honestly.
Essential storage
These are strictly necessary for the site to do what you asked it to do. They cannot be switched off, and they carry no identifier that follows you anywhere else.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
mars-cookie-consent |
Cookie, first-party | Remembers your answer to the banner, so you are not asked again on every page. Written only after you choose | 1 year |
mars-lang |
Local storage, first-party | Remembers whether you chose English or Spanish. Stored in your browser and never sent to us | Until you clear your browser |
Optional cookies
There are currently none. The banner offers Analytics and Marketing categories because the machinery is built and ready, but no tag is registered against either one, so allowing them today changes nothing and refusing them costs you nothing.
If analytics or campaign measurement is ever added, it will be added as a tag that stays inert until the matching category is granted. The consent record carries a version number: introducing a new tracker raises it, your stored answer is treated as out of date, and you are asked again. Consent to last year’s list is not consent to this year’s.
Third parties
Three services outside this site are involved in a normal visit. None of them sets a cookie on marsmusic.pro.
| Who | When | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Google Fonts | On every page load | Your IP address and browser type, because the typefaces are fetched from Google’s servers. No cookie is set and nothing you type is sent |
ORBEAT (pub.orbeat.ai) |
Only when you submit the contact form | What you typed, plus the details listed in the privacy policy. The request carries no cookies in either direction |
| Netlify | On every page load | The standard server log of a web request. Netlify hosts this site |
Two links leave the site entirely: the verified-credits profile on muso.ai, and the booking page at book.marsmusic.pro shown after you send the form. Following either one puts you on a different site under a different policy. Nothing is embedded from them, so nothing loads until you click.
Changing your mind
Your answer is not final. Reopen the panel at any time and change it — from the button below, or from “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page. Refusing is one click, in the same place and at the same size as accepting.
You can also clear cookies and site data for marsmusic.pro in your browser settings, which erases both entries in the table above. The banner will then ask you again on your next visit.
